Standing over 9 inches (24.13 cm) tall when completed, the Penelope boasts a dense substructure layered by many parts, surpassing the height of many Master Grade (MG) models despite its 1/144 scale. A key feature of this kit is its ability to separate from its Fixed Flight (FF) unit to reveal the original Odysseus Gundam base form. The massive shoulder armor, tail stabilizers, and leg thrusters contribute to its overwhelming presence, with the shoulder armor capable of being repositioned for opened and closed configurations. The kit also allows for conversion into its flight form, and the leg's landing gears can be deployed.
