What we collect
Account & order information
Name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Collected when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
Payment information
We do not store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which tokenizes your payment details. We only retain the last four digits and card type for your reference.
AniCoin & loyalty data
AniCoin balance, transaction history, and reward redemptions associated with your account.
Device & session data
IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically when you log in or browse the site. Used to manage active sessions (you can view and sign out of individual devices on your account settings page) and in aggregate for site analytics.
Communications
Messages you send us via contact forms or email, including any attachments you choose to share.
How we use your information
Fulfilling orders
Processing payments, arranging shipping, and sending order confirmations and shipping notifications.
Account management
Maintaining your order history, AniCoin balance, preorder status, and wishlist.
Customer support
Responding to your questions, processing returns, and coordinating manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf.
Marketing (optional)
Sending promotional emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Site improvement
Aggregated analytics to understand how customers use the site. No individual profiling is performed.
Who we share your information with
Stripe
Payment processing. Your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Shipping carriers
Your name and delivery address are shared with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers as needed to deliver your order.
Email service providers
Used to send transactional and marketing emails. We use a reputable provider and do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing.
Legal obligations
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our customers or staff.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Used to keep you logged in during your visit. These expire when you close your browser.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as required by applicable US federal and state tax regulations. If you delete your account, non-financial personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers. We restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered customers and noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of anitoy.store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
