When you preorder and choose to pay the full price upfront instead of a deposit, you earn double AniCoins on the entire amount. For example, a Silver member paying $200 upfront earns 400 AniCoins instead of 200.

When do my AniCoins become available?
AniCoins are added to your balance immediately when you pay - at checkout, when you place a preorder deposit, or when you pay a preorder balance. No waiting.
How are AniCoins applied at checkout?
Your full AniCoin balance is automatically applied as a discount at checkout - no code needed. 100 AniCoins = $1 off. They apply after any promo codes and after store credit.
Do AniCoins expire?
No. AniCoins do not expire. Your balance is fully applied at each checkout, so there is nothing to track or worry about losing.
Do I earn AniCoins on store credit payments?
No. AniCoins are only earned on cash payments. If you pay with store credit, that portion does not generate AniCoins.
How do preorder tiers and deposits work?
When you preorder, you pay a deposit to secure your item. Your tier determines the deposit rate - Gold and Platinum members pay only 20% upfront instead of 30%. Once your item arrives, you pay the remaining balance.
What happens if AniToy cannot fill my preorder?
You receive 100% of your payment back, plus a bonus 600 AniCoins for every $200 item (10% of the standard deposit). If the cancellation is early enough, we refund to your original payment method. If too much time has passed, the full amount becomes store credit. The AniCoin bonus is always issued either way.
Can I cancel my preorder and get a refund?
Preorder deposits are non-refundable on customer-initiated cancellations. This is standard policy for anime collectibles and helps us manage supplier commitments. The only exception is when we cannot fill the order.
How do tiers work? Do they reset?
Tiers are based on your lifetime cash spend and never go down. Once you reach Silver, you stay Silver or higher forever. Only cash paid (not store credit) counts toward your tier.
How does the referral program work?
Every account has a unique referral link in your account page. When a friend signs up through your link and places their first paid order, you earn 500 AniCoins and your friend earns a 200 AniCoin welcome bonus. Both rewards are added automatically.
Can I earn AniCoins from writing a review?
Yes - leave a product review with a photo after receiving your item and earn a bonus once our team approves it. One review bonus per product per account.
