By placing an order or creating an account on anitoy.store you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of anitoy.store and any purchase made through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.
AniToy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products and pricing
Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Product availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory accurate, but in-stock status is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Product descriptions
We strive to display products accurately. Minor colour variations between photos and the physical item are possible due to monitor calibration and manufacturing variance. Manufacturer box art may differ from final products for pre-release items.
18+ items
Certain products are restricted to customers aged 18 or older. By purchasing an 18+ item you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. AniToy reserves the right to cancel orders for age-restricted items if age cannot be verified.
3. Orders and payment
Order confirmation
An order confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract. AniToy reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment due to pricing errors, fraud detection, or inventory issues, with a full refund issued promptly.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. AniToy does not store full card numbers.
AniCoin
AniCoin is a loyalty credit with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. AniCoin balances may be adjusted or forfeited if an account is found to have violated these terms. See the AniCoin page for earning and redemption rules.
4. Preorders
Preorder payments are final sale
Preorder deposits and balance payments are non-refundable once processed. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. AniToy is not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer or distributor.
Unfillable preorder protection
If AniToy is unable to fulfill a preorder, you will receive a 100% cash refund of all payments made plus a bonus AniCoin grant as compensation. This is our commitment to you.
Balance payment
When your preorder arrives, the balance is charged to the payment method on file. You will be notified before the charge. Failure to pay the balance may result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. AniToy is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier. Import duties and taxes are handled by AniToy — there are no surprise fees at your door.

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Unopened items under $500 may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items $500 and above, preorders, blind boxes, paints, and other consumables are final sale. If we sent you the wrong item, we make it right at no cost to you.
Full returns policy7. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. AniToy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse loyalty programs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AniToy's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. AniToy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to class action proceedings.
