Based on Hajime Katoki's latest illustrations, the over-26-meter-tall Mobile Suit is thoroughly reproduced in 1/144 scale, reflecting even the finest details to create a sense of density and overwhelming volume. The kit features excellent articulation, with points placed to allow for a wide range of dynamic poses. Innovative wrist joints utilize a new type of ball and pin connection, making hand changes convenient. The shoulder armor and stabilizers are designed for a solid build.

A key feature of the Xi Gundam is its ability to transform. The wings on the back, the blades on the side of the legs, and the deployable Minovsky flight unit are all faithfully reproduced, allowing for transformation from its Mobile Suit form to its high-speed Flight form by rearranging the legs and large parts. The molded color separation accurately reproduces the production design, and the number of included stickers has been reduced for a more screen-accurate representation with less effort.
