The head and neck articulate on four axes, allowing for expressive poses such as tilting the chin or looking skyward. The torso incorporates movable axes for broad left-to-right swinging and forward-backward tilting, with side abdominal cylinders that expand and contract in sync with chest movement.

The MGSD Barbatos boasts enhanced arm articulation through a swing mechanism at the shoulder connection, and elbow cylinders that move in tandem with the arm.
