For brush painting, 1 to 2 coats are generally recommended, and dilution is typically not required. When using an airbrush, dilute the paint with 100 to 150% Mr. Aqueous Hobby Color Thinner (T110 or T111) for optimal flow, applying 2 to 3 coats for best results. More coats may be necessary when painting lighter colors over darker base surfaces. Please note, when painted on ABS resin parts, the paint may penetrate the resin, potentially causing parts to become friable or develop cracks. Always check assembly manual instructions and avoid painting on ABS resin parts where advised.
