For optimal application, Mr. Color paint requires Mr. Thinner for both dilution and cleaning of your brushes and airbrushes. When airbrushing, a thinning ratio of 1 part Mr. Color to 1-2 parts Mr. Thinner is recommended, depending on the desired viscosity. For brush painting, 1 to 2 coats are typically sufficient, while airbrushing benefits from 2 to 3 coats. You can also customize the gloss level by mixing in Mr. Color Flat Base (C-30); approximately 5-10% for a semi-gloss finish or 10-20% for a matt finish.
