This water-soluble acrylic paint is a cornerstone of the Mr. Hobby line, known for its user-friendly nature and high-quality results.
Formulated for safe and comfortable painting in any home environment, this paint features a mild odor due to its reduced organic solvent content. It was significantly revised in 2019, enhancing both its performance and safety for hobbyists. The paint applies smoothly, providing excellent leveling qualities for a superior finish. Once dry, it becomes water-resistant, ensuring durability for your projects.
This versatile paint is suitable for both brush painting and airbrush applications. For brushwork, it generally requires no dilution, allowing you to use it straight from the bottle. When using an airbrush, dilute with 100-150% Mr. Aqueous Hobby Color Thinner (T-110 or T-111) for optimal flow and coverage. Achieve a flawless look with 1 to 2 coats by brush or 2 to 3 thin coats when airbrushing. The excellent gloss level can be further customized by adding H-40 Flat Base to achieve semi-gloss or matte finishes.
