THE GATTAI DX Sounderous

This unique release from the Gridman Universe series marks a milestone for the THE GATTAI line as the first-ever set to combine a bishojo figure with a transforming mecha. Featuring The 2nd and the massive Monster Battleship, this set allows for seamless transformation between three distinct forms: the articulated character figure, the heavy-duty Fortress Mode, and the combined Battle Mode.

The 2nd figure stands at 145mm and features a fully articulated body designed for dynamic posing. She comes with multiple face plates and interchangeable hands, along with her signature Live Baton. The Monster Battleship serves as a formidable vessel in Fortress Mode, measuring 230mm in length with an articulated main cannon, a rotating large drill, and deployable missile hatches.

Combining the two units creates the Monster Battleship Sounderous in Battle Mode, standing 190mm tall. This form utilizes a specialized articulated body that prioritizes action and range of motion, allowing for the wide-legged stances seen in the series. An original toy-only mechanism also allows you to equip Battle Mode parts while in Fortress Mode for an even more heavily armed appearance.

Attention to detail extends to the upper shutter, which is crafted from a flexible material to recreate the opening and closing motion from the original series. You can even attach face plates to the inside of the shutters for added display options. For those looking to recreate the most intense scenes, all weapons can be deployed simultaneously to achieve the Full Burst state.
