Description
Command the battlefield with the Fujimi 1/76 JGSDF Type 90 Tank (SWA-3) plastic model kit, a meticulously detailed representation of Japan's formidable Main Battle Tank. This kit brings to life the modern 3rd generation Type 90, a cornerstone of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
Developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the actual Type 90 tank entered serial production between 1990 and 2009, with 341 units built. It's renowned for its advanced composite armor and a high rate of fire, achieved through an innovative automatic cannon loader. This design allowed for a reduced crew of three, a distinctive feature of this powerful machine. The real tank is equipped with a potent 120mm Rheinmetall L44 tank gun, complemented by a 7.62mm Type 74 machine gun and a 12.7mm M2HB machine gun, all powered by a 1500hp Mitsubishi 10 ZG engine.
This injection-plastic military vehicle model kit is part of Fujimi's Special World Armor series. It offers enthusiasts the opportunity to build a precise scale replica of this impressive Japanese armored vehicle.
