Acrysion N22 - Neutral Gray (USAF-Army/Aircraft) by GSI Creos delivers an advanced water-based emulsion paint experience for modelers. This paint minimizes the use of organic solvents, resulting in an ultra-low odor formula that enhances your painting environment. Once dry, the paint becomes water-resistant and forms a durable, solvent-resistant coating. Its low solvent content also reduces the risk of corroding thin molded ABS parts, which are often susceptible to damage from stronger solvents. Acrysion adheres to surfaces through its own adhesive properties, making it suitable for direct application on solvent-resistant materials like urethane resin and polycarbonate, though a primer is recommended for improved adhesion.

For optimal performance, GSI Creos recommends using their dedicated Acrysion thinner, though tap water can also be used for dilution. When airbrushing, a dilution ratio of approximately 3 parts paint to 1 part thinner is suggested. For brush application, the paint can be used directly from the bottle, or a few drops of water or Acrysion Retarder can be added if needed. Tools can be easily cleaned with water before the paint dries; for dried paint, a dedicated Acrysion tool cleaner is recommended.
